Hovercraft

What you need:

1. Old CD
2. Glue
3. Dish Soap Cap
4. Balloon

How to do it:

1. Take a dish soap cap and glue it over the hold of the CD.
2. Once it’s dry, close the lid to the cap.
3. Blow up the balloon and carefully place it over the cap.
4. Open the cap and the air will be released from the balloon causing it to float on the table.
